It's always the little things in life that make it worth living.
These are among the simple things that never fail to make me happy.
1. Good morning and good night texts
2. Fish (Some people might not get this, but for me they are fascinating to watch)
3. Baking
4. Ice-cream
5. Cards
6. Random text messages and phone calls
7. A good read, be it a book or an article
8. Trips
9. Hopelessly romantic movies

Which brings to mind the Japanese boy. See, this boy adores fish though he eats them. And since the tsunami stroke Japan, fish are harder to come by as prices have increased since then. Fish they say is therapeutic. When you have a bad day, it does help to just pause by the aquarium and take a peep inside. Always helps, for me at least.Back to the Japanese boy. Well, he's been naughty lately. Asking some ill-mannered and protruding questions. Needs a bit of spanking perhaps. But rest assured he's a good boy. Well-meaning good boy, Just a bit of-out-of-place sometimes maybe? Do forgive his peccadilloes.
Hold on a sec. Please don't spank him. Poor the lil boy. Plus, his mummy might get angry at you, y'know. I know he's a mummy's boy, so you gotta be careful. :P
Fish is definitely therapeutic for me. Even though I like them, sometimes even refuse to eat unless there's no other choice, fish seems to hate me. :/
